Few days before, Dr. Murali Manohar addressed the press in regard to the financial issue of the movie “Kochadaiyan”. He requested the press not to involve Mrs. Latha Rajnikanth’s name into this issue. During the earlier press meet, we questioned Dr. Murali Manohar about the part of Latha Rajnikanth in Mediaone and the necessity for her to sign as a Guarantor for Mediaone to avail loan facilities for the sake of “Kochadaiyan” movie. He had replied that she had only signed as a Guarantor for Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd. He added that Latha Rajnikanth had been a Guarantor for Mediaone to avail loan facility that to only on a Goodwill gesture.
But after we started to investigate about the truth, we have found out official records proving that Latha Rajnikanth had been a Director of Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd., with effect from 18th February 2013 and her DIN Number is 00168069. An additional evidence to prove that Latha Rajnikanth and Dr. Murali Manohar are close into business is that Dr. Murali Manohar had been appointed as an Additional Director in Ocher Studios Private Ltd., where Latha Rajnikanth was Director in Ocher Studios Private Ltd. Dr. Murali Manohar had been appointed as Additional Director in Ocher Studios Private Ltd., on 22nd February 2011 and had officially served till 23rd December 2014.
The above mentioned evidences prove that Latha Rajnikanth had signed as a Guarantor for Mediaone Global Entertainment Private Ltd., with interest in the business venture of “Kochadaiyan” and not only as a Goodwill gesture. It is a question mark why Latha Rajnikanth’s part in “Kochadaiyan” venture, is being hidden.
