The Audio Launch of Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Director Vijay’s film “Thalaiva” took place today (21st June 2013) evening at Hotel Taj Coramandel in Chennai. The film casts Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Amala Paul in the lead roles. Satyaraj plays a special role in the film and others casting in the film are Santhanam, Manobala, Ponvannan, Suresh, Y.Ge.Mahendran and others.
G.V.Prakash has composed music, all the lyrics for this film has been penned by Na.Muthukumar, Antony takes care of Editing and Nirav Shah has pictured the whole film. The film is being produced by Chandraprakash Jain for Sri Mishri Productions and released all over Tamil Nadu by Vendhar Movies.
Satyaraj while addressing the function highly appreciated Director Vijay for his directorial talents and Ilayathalapathy Vijay for his devotion on his profession. He also added that Ilayathalapathy Vijay was a whole hearted person (We would appreciate if it’s true) and also added that he along with his family had visited actor Vijay’s residence and had a good Biriyani there.
Satyaraj also commented that in early years Manivannan, Satyaraj and Goundamani used the slang “Na” and the same is being followed by Vijay too and was happy about it. This doubts whether Satyaraj really appreciated actor Vijay for the slang “Na” or did he claim the royalty for it.
Normally in any of the film occasions, people on the Dias would appreciate the Star Casts, Director and the Music Director only and would appreciate any one or two in rare occasions. Being different in this “Thalaiva” Audio Launch Satyaraj and other actors who were able to address their message in an AV appreciated mainly actor Vijay, Director Vijay, G.V.Prakash and exclusively the cameraman Nirav Shah.
Appreciations made for Nirav Shah in this film would be an added support for this film for attaining success.
Now-a-days many tamil films depends on a characterization for Santhanam especially with a comedy part in it. Santhanam’s part started to have an advantage only after a break in acting was made by actor Vadivel. In every function or a press meet of a film which casts Santhanam, everyone in the film crew would appreciate Santhanam even though he would boycott the functions or the press meets. Santhanam was not present even for this big budget film “Thalaiva” audio launch. As a change in this “Thalaiva” audio launch there were no much appreciations for Santhanam except few words by Vijay, Amala Paul and few others.
Actor Vijay’s parents S.A.Chandrasekar, Shoba Chandrasekar, Producers R.B.Chaudhry, Amma Creations T.Siva, Pl.Thenappan, Al.Alagappan, Directors, Sundarajan, Chitra Lakshmanan, S.J.Surya, Actress Rekha and few others from the film industry graced the occasion.
“Thalaiva” audio was released by actor Vijay and received by veteran PRO and cinema journalist Film News Anandan along with the presence of “Thalaiva” movie team.
