After the Nivar cyclone devastation in many parts of the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu, Jayakumar started his visit on the sea-shore areas of Chennai. Jayakumar visited the cyclone hit sea-shore areas of Chennai in a bicycle carrying an aluminium vessel filled with vegetable biriyani. Biriyani bought by Jayakumar was distributed to the public residing in those areas of his visit.
Jayakumar’s biriyani distribution was highly appreciated by the general public in those areas.
