Music Director turned actor Vijay Antony’s forthcoming movie as an actor is ‘Saithan’. The movie is being directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy. Lyricist Late.Annamalai has penned songs for this movie.
The teaser of the movie ‘Saithan’ was released few weeks ago and have been getting good response on social medias and websites. The teaser had few lines of a lyric that was penned by Annamalai. It is said that the lyric contained words with similarities of Sanskrit mantra and there had been objection from few organisations and people.
Considering their request Vijay Antony has accepted to change the words in that specific lyric. In a statement made by him on his official social media platforms, he has mentioned that he would be taking of the teaser of ‘Saithan’ from social media platforms with immediate effect and would replace the teaser by 7:00 pm tomorrow i.e., 5th October 2016 with the corrwctions made in the lyric.
Though the teaser had received more than a million of views, Vijay Antony bothered only to pacify the people who raised objections and did not bother about the warm reception it had received among the audience. Hats off Vijay Antony.
