Summons have been issued to the Kochadaiiyaan Producer, Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd and it’s Director J.Murali Manohar for cheque bounce of Rs.5 Crores, issued to Ad Bureau which was Guaranteed by Latha Rajinikanth. Below mentioned is the text of the personal guarantee produced by Latha Rajinikanth :
“In case of any default by Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd to honour the post dated cheques given in favour of Ad Bureau Advertising Pvt Ltd, Smt Latha Rajinikantha Guarantees to make the payment towards the same by direct transfer in the account of the company Ad Bureau Advertising Pvt.Ltd. by this Letter of Guarantee”
