Few days ago we would have noticed Director Bharathiraja along with Music Director Ilayaraja in a selfie taken by Bharathiraja. This selfie photograph kept circulating on all news media and social media platforms. The speciality of that selfie was only because of a reunion of Ilayaraja and Bharathiraja nearly after two decades of difference of opinion between those two.
Actress Radhika Sarathkumar is currently working with a movie titled ‘Marudha’. It is said that Radhika is playing an important character in this movie and the movie is being directed by Krishnakumar who had earlier assisted Bharathiraja in his movies.
The shoot of ‘Marudha’ is now happening at Theni in Tamilnadu. Director Bharathiraja has gone to attend a marriage in his hometown Theni and has come to know that Radhika Sarathkumar, whom he had introduced as an Heroine in his directorial ‘Kizhake Pogum Rail’ is at Theni for a movie shoot. Mediately after knowing it he had called up Radhika and has informed her that he his at his residence in Theni. Radhika knowing about her directors presence in Theni had immediately visited Bharathiraja’s residence in Theni and had joined him for the breakfast.
During chit-chat between the two, Radhika has commented to Bharathiraja about their recent selfie photo of him with Ilayaraja and has added that Bharathiraja has missed to accommodate her in that remarkable selfie photograph. It is said that Bharathiraja had immediately agreed for a snap and one of their assistants took a photograph of them both together.
