Today the 19th June 2013 a girl child studying at Spartan School, Mogappair, Chennai was on its way to school on her cycle at Panneer N agar, Mogappair.
A speeding sewage tanker lorry hit the 11 year old school girl who was on her way to the school. Reports say that the lorry had run over on the stomach part and the legs of the girl child and has been taken to a nearest hospital in a very serious condition.
Fastmessenger.net had published a news on 8th June 2013 on the topic Negligent and rash driving of Sewage Lorries – Will the authorities initiate action?. A copy of the news was sent on an email message to the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai, The Transport Commissioner, Government of Tamil Nadu, The authorities of Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewage Board and to other senior officials. If proper action had been taken against the speeding Lorries on its negligent driving the above said accident could have not occurred.
